SHANE OHMER
Shane Ohmer is a Bucks County based dancer, choreographer, and educator whose performance career spans ballet, Broadway, opera, television, movies, and international touring. He served as Resident Director for the international hit show Rock the Ballet in Germany and was Associate Dance Captain for the Broadway National Tour of The Phantom of the Opera, contributing to the preservation of its choreography. He has performed with The Metropolitan Opera (NYC), Les Grands Ballets Canadiens (Montréal), Pacific Northwest Ballet (Seattle), and River North Chicago Dance Company, performing for millions of audience members worldwide. A former Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati College–Conservatory of Music and Northern Kentucky University, Ohmer’s pedagogy reaches across genres and generations. His choreography has been presented nationally and internationally in concert, commercial, and fashion platforms. Shane is nearing completion of his MFA in Dance and AI at Hollins University and holds a certificate in Leadership for the AI Age from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
