Dance Del Bello welcomes new faces this season.

Dance Del Bello welcomes several new artists to the cast of A Christmas Carol, the Ballet, choreographed by David Kloss. Each brings a distinct artistic voice and perspective to this year's production.

Isabella — The Niece

Dance Del Bello welcomes Isabella of Pennsylvania Classical Ballet Academy. She will appear as the Niece, the wife of Scrooge's nephew, bringing an endearing and joyfully spirited character from Dickens's story to the stage.

Gregory Holmes Jr. — Solicitor, Fezziwig Party, Nephew's Party & Act III Gentlemen

Dance Del Bello also welcomes Philadelphia-based actor, dancer, and vocalist Gregory Holmes Jr. With a background in musical theatre, regional theatre, and dance, Gregory has a passion for bringing stories to life through movement and performance. He is excited to make his Dance Del Bello debut, appearing in several roles throughout the production.

Lake Angela — Mrs. Fezziwig & Mrs. Cratchit

Dance Del Bello welcomes poet and dancer Lake Angela, whose interdisciplinary background spans contemporary dance, choreography, capoeira, and literary arts. She holds a PhD from The University of Texas at Dallas, where she studied the translation of German Expressionist poetry into dance, and has performed with contemporary dance and capoeira groups in Barcelona. She is the author of Scivias Choreomaniae (Spuyten Duyvil) and a former Poet Laureate of Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Her poetry and advocacy work have been widely published.

Lake's background in poetry and dance brings a distinctive sensitivity to her performances. In her portrayals of Mrs. Fezziwig and Mrs. Cratchit, she embodies the warmth, generosity, and nurturing spirit of motherhood.

Danielle Troyano — The Spirit of Christmas Past

Dance Del Bello welcomes professional dancer Danielle Troyano, who will appear as the Spirit of Christmas Past. Her professional career includes performances with Montgomery Ballet, Ballet Idaho, Diablo Ballet, Ballet Indiana, Toledo Ballet, and Charleston Ballet Theater. Beyond the stage, Danielle is passionate about promoting kindness both in and out of the studio. A certified Dance for Parkinson's instructor and adaptive dance teacher for children with special needs, she brings her commitment to accessibility, inclusion, and the transformative power of dance to her work as an artist and educator.

Dance Del Bello is delighted to welcome these artists to this year's production of A Christmas Carol, the Ballet.
